Schedule: Flexible, task-based (typically 10–20 hours per week, with potential to scale) Role Overview We are hiring for one of our clients to support the training, evaluation, and refinement of advanced Artificial Intelligence systems. As a Software Engineer, you will apply your programming expertise to review, test, and improve AI-generated code. Your work will help ensure AI systems produce accurate, secure, and high-quality outputs across multiple programming domains. This is a flexible, remote engagement suitable for skilled developers with strong analytical and communication abilities. Key Responsibilities Develop and solve computer science problems to support AI model training Review, test, and evaluate AI-generated code for functionality, efficiency, and security Identify bugs, logic errors, and performance issues Provide clear, structured technical feedback in Spanish to improve model performance Document findings and contribute to collaborative, project-based workflows Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering , or a related technical field Professional fluency in written and spoken Spanish Working proficiency in English for documentation and collaboration Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and technical communication skills Preferred: 1+ year of professional software development experience Compensation & Structure USD $15.00 – $32.00 per hour , based on skill assessment and project complexity Payment issued according to project payment cycles Contractors are responsible for applicable taxes and statutory obligations Work Authorization Applicants must be legally authorized to operate as independent contractors in their country of residence Equal Opportunity Statement Selection decisions are based solely on skills, qualifications, and project requirements.
