If you have the qualities and drive to lead yourself or teams, there are roles ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level.**Job Purpose**:To track every consignment to destination under the most expedite and efficient routing to ensure compliance with client requirements and Marken Quality Standards.**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:- Ensure all shipments are tracked and milestones are updated in Maestro.- Ensure conditioning process of the shipment as required and update the proper milestone in Maestro. This conditioning process may include: Dry Ice Replenishment, Re-packaging and / or Labeling- Define the best possible route to dispatch the shipment to its final destination taking in consideration:- Direct Flight using OAG to find out flight availability.- Cheapest Option- Most Experienced Airline- Arrival times to comply with scheduled delivery requirements.- Obtain a pre-booked MAWB and consign to the receiving agent or MARKEN office.- Inform Dispatch that a shipment is ready to be tendered to the Airline as per the respective COT.- Enter the applicable routing legs into Maestro- Send the Domestic Alert through Maestro and confirm reception- Use the appropriate reporting tools to monitor compliance of milestones in Maestro.- Liaise with all relevant departments within the Global and Domestic Marken network to ensure that all customer requirements are met.- Collaborate with all Marken offices and Local Service Providers to ensure the logistics transfer is handled efficiently thus meeting the desired turnaround times.- Analysis of repetitive operational problems and development of possible service solutions.**Requirements**:- Intermediate experience in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook)- Thorough understanding of Aviation/Airline networks- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence others- Excellent problem solving and prioritization skills essential- Flexibility in working hours required which may include weekend coverageMarken, UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics (formerly Marken, MNX & Polar Speed), the clinical and advanced therapy subsidiary of UPS Healthcare, unites expertise across healthcare and complex secure logistics to drive the success of our clients through innovation.**Employee Type**:PermanentUPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
