POSITION PURPOSE AND EXPECTATION:The Coordinator, Field Operations- Mexico will serve as the central point of contact and will have complete oversight of new store openings in the Americas from the start of a project to after opening each store. Crucial to this role will be to collaborate with all departments involved to keep workflow on track. The position will identify, escalate, and help resolve any obstacles preventing opening goals. Primary responsibilities will be to assist Human Resources in the sourcing and hiring of store management, preparing new store opening schedules and processes, and keeping track of all relevant materials needed. The coordinator position will review and introduce new processes for ongoing improvements needed surrounding operational practices.- Partner with Recruiting, HR & Field Retail Leadership Team to ensure all store personnel is hired and onboarded for New Store Openings- Coordinate with property project manager on handover date and assist retail team in the execution of merchandising and opening.- ensure all materials related to operating stores to the company standards are fulfilled.
