**About the Team**:It's an exciting time to join our fast-growing Accounting team in Mexico with ample development opportunities. We're looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst who is excited to learn and scale with us.**About the Role**:You will support all aspects of Accounts Payable including processing invoices and promptly assisting vendors and partners with their billing inquiries. You will report to the Accounts Payable Manager. You will work remotely in Mexico.**You're excited about this opportunity because you will**:- Invoice review and approval- Vendor statements review- Vendor management resolution- Audit of invoices processed by BPO team- Weekly review meetings with BPO team- Review and resolution of exception invoices as tier 2- Provide internal training and system automation development to provide more qualitative resolutions to both the business' and our vendors' needs- Ad hoc month end projects- Training of BPO team (tools include Coupa and Netsuite)- SOP creation- Jira tickets review**We're excited about you because**:- Written and verbal proficiency in English- 4+ years of experience in Accounting preferably in Accounts Payable- Experience with ERP systems (i.e., NetSuite)- Experience with procurement systems (i.e, Coupa)Notice to Applicants for Jobs Located in NYC or Remote Jobs Associated With Office in NYC OnlyThe Covey tool has been reviewed by an independent auditor.
