Business Area:- Employment type: Full-time- Accounts payable analyst is responsible for handling the accounts payable process within the organization.- This includes reviewing purchase orders, invoices, and other documents to ensure that all purchases meet company policies and procedures.- AP Analyst may also be tasked with resolving any issues that arise during this process with vendors and/or requestors for the goods or services.- Communicating with vendors to ensure that invoices are accurate and comply with company guidelines and Mexican regulations.- Match purchase orders to invoices to ensure that all transactions are recorded and posted correctly- Coordinating with accounting staff to ensure that payments are processed correctly- Bank accounts reconciliation- Provide confirmation of payments to suppliers and company personnel.- Post, reconcile and analyze accounts payable for national and foreign suppliers.- Follow up and monitor the physical documentation of importation/exportation/duties/VAT related to customs area.- Reconcile purchase orders received against supplier billing.- Calculate, process, and reconcile monthly expense accruals.- Reconciliation for pre-paid expenses such as insurance, state taxes, amortizations, etc.- Support with the Implementation of systems, improvements, and automation of department activities.- Tracking and recording of expense report-travel expense- Preparation of INEGI monthly report- Support on financial audits regarding accounts payable, bank statements, bank reconciliations, accruals, accounting entries, etc.- Preparation for VAT refund- External auditors/consultants attentionAP Analyst may also be tasked with following up on fixed asset administration.**About Ambu**:Ambu has been bringing the solutions of the future to life since 1937.
