Overview**Azure DevOps Engineer****Location- Anywhere in Mexico. Preferred Guadalajara.****Minimum exp- 7 YEARS****Skills- As per JD*******Job Description - Lead DevOps - Azure****Roles & Responsibility**- Development of our Azure DevOps capability- Defining processes, best practices, and tooling standards- Line Management of a growing team, including performance reviews, recruitment, and skills development- Hands-on Azure DevOps customer projects experience- Build enterprise-curated Experience in CI/CD pipelines from scratch- Manage, mentor, and provide technical guidance/support to the team.- Ability to contribute towards project estimations.- Assist the organization with technical interviews during recruitment events.- Exhibit Technical Leadership in driving the teams for successful product deliveries.**In-depth, and demonstrable hands-on experience with the following technologies**:- Strong experience in Azure DevOps, ARM, PowerShell, Terraform, and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, and Puppet- Experience in implementing ADO CI/CD pipelines from scratch- Expertise in Microsoft Azure and its relevant build, deployment, networking, and security technologies in cloud and hybrid environments.- Hands-on experience and ability to design/implement infrastructure with Azure services such as AKS, COSMOS DB, Monitor, Azure AD, ARM templates,- Deployed AKS cluster, Resource group, Namespaces, and deployments using Terraform- Good Experience in Configuring performance alerts on AKS clusters- Hands-on experience in setting up kubecost on AKS cluster- Having working experience on network policies on Kubernetes- Designing, building, testing, automating, monitoring, and supporting significant components within a modern digital service platform in production environments.- Technical understanding of Microsoft Identity and Access Management products- Hands-on experience on source code management using Git- Experience in multi-region deployments- Producing designs that are scalable, resilient, efficient, secure, cost-effective and minimize lock-in.- Implementing modern Continuous Delivery processes for releasing software to production.- Excellent customer-facing communication, presentation skills and technical writing capability for tender responses, bids, and proposals.**Good to have in-depth knowledge on**:- Azure Components (AKS, ACR, Key Vault, App Gateway, Azure SQL, API Manager)- Monitoring (Azure monitor, App Insights, Log Analytics and Dynatrace)Azure Security**Benefits**:**Benefits Provided (Only Law Benefits)**:- Paid Time Off according to the Mexican Law (12 days for the first year)- Christmas Bonus - 15 days- Vacation premium - 25%- Telework Premium - $800 MXP per month
