Fundraise Up's AI-powered platform is leveraged by trusted organizations like UNICEF USA, American Heart Association, Partners In Health, and Stand Up to Cancer, to double their recurring donor acquisition rates and increase overall digital donation revenue by two times.**About the Role**Join Fundraise Up as a Senior Product Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our product offerings and customer needs. Your mission will be to collaborate closely with diverse teams, including marketing, engineering, sales, and customer success, to ensure our solutions resonate deeply with the challenges and opportunities faced by our users.**Key Responsibilities**- Be responsible for developing product marketing briefs, messaging documents, competitive positioning, internal product training content, and external communication strategy for launches and in-market programs for existing and prospective customers.- Constantly monitoring competitive activity, identifying customer needs and interacting with engineering, operations, and sales to bring innovative new products to market.- Represent the voice of the customer across the organization. Amongst other deliverables, this manifests as differentiated messaging, positioning, and audience segmentation that is leveraged across the organization for internal and external use.- Contribute to a customer reference program to curate and showcase customers' success across various industries and use cases.- Possess expert knowledge of the competitive landscape. Develop and maintain sales tools and resources for the sales team to tell the story.- Work with marketing team members across content, design, and web development to plan and execute new product launch campaigns.- Collaborate with engineering to help align marketing priorities and programs with the product and business roadmap.**Skills and Qualifications**- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B, SaaS.- Strong understanding of product marketing principles and experience developing go-to-market plans.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM and analytics software (Hubspot, Salesforce).- You are both a self-starter and a team player.- You are excited to learn and continuously improve.**What We Offer**Our compensation package includes comprehensive benefits and perks, meaningful equity, and a competitive salary:- Home Office Setup Assistance: office chair, office desk, monitor.- English learning courses (50% reimbursement, up to $1,000 annually).- Relevant professional education (50% reimbursement, up to $1,500 annually).- Gym or swimming pool (50% reimbursement, up to $500 annually).- Coworking (up to $250 monthly).
