L.**OBJECTIVE**:Manage the duties procurement’s development as well as the quality of its materials/products to ensure and guarantee the efficient operation, through procedures regarding with company’s certifications, company’s core values and addressing procurement team.**JOB SUMMARY**:Manage the procurement team, be in charge to acquire the most cost-effective deals and to reduce procurement expenses, as well as procurement’s development and quality material/products. Procurement planning, procurement team report, asset management, contract & agreement. Responsible to develop the planning, activities of his team, optimizing each and every one the department tasks.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:- Timely implement procurement according factory requirments.- Issue purchase orders, material arrival tracking and quality documentation.- Manage and develop suppliers under strict quality and cost control.- Responsible for purcharse agreement and price negotiation.- Report procurement expenses and performance toHeadquarters.**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:- Bacherlor's degree in related field.- +3 years of experience in purchasing.- Experiences in mechanical industry is a plus.- Able to manage different project at same time.- Quality and professional driven.- Process and production performance oriented.- English (**Business level**).**OFFER**:- Attractive Salary.- Benefits above law.- Professional development.**Note**:All process will carry out in english.
