El representante de atención al cliente/especialista en multas les ayudará en el proceso de lo que tienen que hacer. - Será el primer punto de contacto con la empresa. - Un especialista en admisión legal recibe y califica a los clientes nuevos y potenciales para el bufete de abogados. Responsabilidades: - Revisar las tareas pendientes y completar las tareas urgentes por prioridad. - Incorporar nuevos clientes completando el proceso de admisión. - Entrada de datos para asegurar que obtenemos toda la información pertinente - Atender llamadas entrantes Habilidades y cualificaciones - Experiência trabajando en un puesto que requiera el uso de al menos dos programas de Software o CRMs. - Mínimo de un año de experiência en trabajo de oficina o demostrada comprensión general del entorno jurídico. - Experiência mínima de un año en ventas o atención al cliente. - Poseer el título de bachillerato. - Debe disfrutar hablando por teléfono y tener excepcionales habilidades de servicio al cliente. - Debe tener fuertes conocimientos de informática con demostrada comprensión de Microsoft Office.**Nível de educación deseada**:Media Superior**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Medio**Función departamental**:Atención al cliente**Industria**:Relaciones Gubernamentales**Habilidades**:- ingles- crm- customer service bilingue
