Infrastructure Manager / Infrastructure and IT Operations Manager / Head of InfrastructureThe Manager Infrastructure - MEXICO is responsible to deliver quality infrastructure services in the MEXICO geographical zone for all business lines (Employee Benefits, Fleet and Mobility, Paiement) The main responsibilities of the Manager Infrastructure & IT Ops MEXICO are:- Deliver best in class Infrastructure services in MEXICO to all Business Units in line with global strategy, Business Units priorities, expectations and budget- Work closely together with relevant Business Unit/Business Line leaders and their IT leaders who act both as clients and dotted line managers for the organization- Lead the MEXICO geography Infrastructure Team- Be a point of escalation for any Infrastructure topic in MEXICO- Manage MEXICO Infrastructure budget and explain/improve the value delivery for all MEXICO based BUs- Is a member of global Infrastructure & IT Operation board, Global Technology AMERICAS CIO board and can attend Business Units boards if needed.- Understand zone Business Units/Business Lines strategies, priorities, challenges- Act as linking pin/translator: explain global priorities going down to Business Units and - at the same time - pass & defend MEXICO Business Unit requirements to the Americas Infra Centers of Expertise- Represent Americas Infrastructure in MEXICO zone and ensure the rollout of the Group Infrastructure strategy. Contribute to Infrastructure Americas Centers of Expertise (COE) projects deployment in MEXICO with a specific focus on legacy and security transformation projects- Work with BUs/BLs to optimize infrastructure services consumption and costs- Accompany and facilitate MEXICO BUs/BLs cloud adoption strategy- Provide input and contribute to the BU and BL 3YP- Contribute to global Infrastructure and IT Operations Services worldwide (i.e.: Follow the Sun)- Develop and publish regular dashboards and KPI’s to all MEXICO stakeholders (Business Units, IS, corporate functions). Monthly dashboards will include service availability, project status budget follow up and process/quality measures.- Manage MEXICO Infrastructure project portfolio and associated roadmaps with both infrastructure and business unit standpoint- Develop a risk culture approach (operational, financial, security), propose mitigation plan to reduce risk (legacy management in particular) and follow SAIL program execution.- Continuously propose service improvement and new functionalitiesThe position will be reporting hardline to the Americas head of Infrastructure and IT Operations within ITEC team.Qualifications:- 10 years minimum of professional experience in Infrastructure management including operational roles in international and multicultural environments- Good technical skills in Infrastructure- Transversal and vertical Team management- Financial and project management skills- Great intellectual agility and ability to deal with multiple topics in parallel- Rigor in organization, formalization and planning- Negotiation skills- Strong appetite in service delivery and End User eXperience- Solution oriented- End user communication- Excellent interpersonal relationship ability- Enthusiasm and dynamism- Humor and patience- Appetites for digital and technology**What you need to do now**If this job isn't quite right for you but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career. #
