We are always seeking TOP TALENT - experienced individuals who embrace our core values of respect, innovation, integrity and impact.**Resumen del Puesto**:El Order Flow Management Representative estara a cargo de varios procesos como son las modificaciones, cancelaciones, expiraciones, seguimiento a las ordenes pendientes de pago y seguimiento a las ordenes retenidas con el pagador. Debe tener amplio conocimiento en todos los procesos de Atención y Servicio al Cliente, manejar varias actividades a la vez y saber trabajar bajo presión en la Operación.**Deberes y Responsabilidades**:- Constante monitoreo de la central (modificaciones y cancelaciones)- Sacar como mínimo 60 llamadas diarias.- Procesar las modificaciones en menos de 8 minutos y las cancelaciones antes de 30 minutos.- Tener las expiraciones al día.- Mantener el correo al en constante seguimiento, ya que es una las prioridades. Ya que ahí recibimos reclamos, notificaciones y respuestas de pagadores.- Hacer cumplir las reglas y políticas de la empresa- Reportar los problemas que se presenten en la operación diaria tanto operativa, así como tecnológicamente.- Recibir llamadas de Agentes, cuando un Operador no puede resolver por algún motivo- Mantiene las relaciones con las diferentes áreas para fluidez de los procesos.- Estar en contacto constante con los pagadores.- Recibir y analizar documentos que envían los clientes y agentes, para enviarlos al pagador.**Calificaciones para el Puesto**:- Excelentes relaciones interpersonales.- Bilingue en Ingles y Espanol.- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo, responsabilidad y toma de decisiones.- Capacitación en servicio al cliente y clientes difíciles.- Ser una persona multitareas.- Tener empatía, buena comunicación y amabilidad.- Ser meticuloso ante todas las situaciones que se presenten.**Sede del Puesto**:- Trabajo en la oficina de Viamericas Tijuana.**Information Security Responsibilities**:- Read, acknowledge and comply with Viamericas Staff Information Security Policy via the Information Security training portal.
