**Well Engineer**Reports to: Integration Project Manager**Additional Responsibilities**- Provide technical and operational support throughout the project execution process.- Prepare well schedule, budget estimates, and project well control briefing.- Support multiple PL operations in a collaborative optimized program design.- Assist in incident response, recovery, and incident investigation.- Understand, communicate, and implement new technologies for the project.- Analyze job execution versus design and formally capture design improvements and optimization opportunities.- Participate in selection and evaluation of service companies, suppliers, and equipment.- Ensure proper communication with relevant parties (i.e., Customer, PLs, third-parties, etc.)- Participate in HARCs and other risk assessment methodology.- Forecast and plan medium- and long-term needs to meet program requirements- Anticipate operational changes and needs and revise the plan accordingly.- Manage and monitor daily operational progress (i.e., scope, time, cost and quality) versus plan and provide recommendations for improvements utilizing new technology options where appropriate.- Evaluate results versus objectives, focusing on service companies and key contractors performance.- Perform engineering studies to solve recurring well problems and initiate engineering corrective actions for continuous improvement.- Attend critical operations at the wellsite as necessary.**Requirements**:Petroleum Engineer Degree or Similar.10 years of Experience in similar Position.English Advanced.- Slb is an equal employment opportunity employer.
