We are seeking someone with a strong background in engineering or a related field, preferably holding a Master's Degree or diploma in administration or leadership. Additionally, they should possess advanced knowledge of electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, electronics, and TPM (planned and autonomous maintenance). The ideal candidate will have excellent time and activity management skills, as well as experience with budgeting, reporting, and analysis. Strong communication and negotiation abilities, teamwork, leadership, initiative, and problem-solving skills are also essential. The selected individual will be proficient in MS Office, SAP, and Maintenance Software MP9, with expertise in technical areas such as pneumatics, PLC control systems, steam generators, industrial refrigeration, pumps, air compressors, and basic statistics. Familiarity with internal audits, expense management, and supplier relations is highly desirable. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
