This takes hard work and innovation, and we need more like-minded people on our team.The main function of the VP Operations & Strategic Alliances is to assure best-in-class services for our clients, ensure the right operations of all services provided to clients. Strategic thinking of the business development and growth. Develop/lead technology use to create a concise client experience and create efficiencies to operate our business. As well, planning the future of new products that will foster our client experience.- Products and services management. Direct and coordinate all lifecycle aspects of operations, ensuring correct execution, transaction tracking, team efficiencies, internal and external governance, digital development.- Vendor & Supplier management, oversee domestic vendor relationships, including negotiation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of service levels. Structure and scale partnerships. Develop strategies increasing product reach, competitiveness, coverage, and best financial fit. Ensure compliance, regulatory and legal frameworks.- Identify, recommend, and implement new processes / technologies, and systems to improve / streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials.- Responsible for establishing and monitoring KPI´s, SLA´s, cost & efficiency metrics & measurements to drive improvements- Conduct continuous review of results, initiating corrective action and recognizing accomplishments.- Continuous Improvement & Corrective Action. Lead recurring performance reviews, identify operational bottlenecks, and drive corrective action plans. Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.- Team & Organizational Development - Oversee and evaluate the business product operations team, ensuring alignment with company policies & strategic objectives.
