We are looking for forward-thinking individuals that want to do the same.**Key responsibilities**:- Finding contractors/sub-contractors as and when needed for the task.- With knowledge of using the following CRMs: Follow up Boss, Home Depot Path to Pro and Facebook- Assigning tasks to Contractors.- Managing the quality of work as and when required.- Ensuring maximum productivity and quality of work.- Assisting in schedule management along with Construction Manager.- Handling issues when they arise.- Monitoring the project progress.- Acting as a point of contact between contractors and construction manager- Reporting all the completed work.- Preparing comprehensive documentation of the project.- Adhering to all the construction rules and regulations.- Understanding the overall construction project.**Requirements**:- Civil Engineering Graduate or similar is a plus- Proven work experience as a Construction Coordinator or a similar role in a Construction company.- With a project and construction management background- Can handle phone work (talking to contractors getting quotes and setting appointments for the construction manager)- Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Spanish- Strong knowledge on excels spread sheet/ google sheet- Experience and practical knowledge about supply chain management and order management- Excellent knowledge and understanding of risk management.- Ability to handle diverse types of personalities.- Ability to work in teams and independently.- Ability to multitask simultaneously.- Excellent organization and time management skills.- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.- Good interpersonal skills.**System Requirements**:- Desktop/Laptop (at least i3 or Ryzen 3, 8GB RAM)- Stable wired connection with at least 5MBPS
