**Job Summary**

The Accounting Coordinator will support the delivery of top-tier accounting services to external clients, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. This role may assist with supervising remote staff while maintaining excellent client relationships. The Accounting Coordinator plays a key role in aligning services with client goals, ensuring financial clarity and contributing to operational success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support and oversee accounting services provided to third-party clients, including general ledger, financial statements, and tax compliance.
- Assist in mentoring remote accounting staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to client-specific requirements.
- Help develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with financial regulations.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Prepare, review, and present financial reports tailored to client needs, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
- Stay updated on tax laws and regulations relevant to client industries and help ensure compliance across accounts.
- Collaborate with other departments to align accounting services with broader business goals.
- Support business development efforts by assisting in client onboarding and service customization.

**Qualifications**
- 3-5+ years of accounting experience, U.S based companies.
- Knowledge of tax preparation and compliance, particularly for small to mid-size businesses.
- Proficiency with accounting software and remote collaboration tools.
- Experience with QuickBooks is a must.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) and financial tools.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.

**Remote Work Requirements**
- A minimum of two monitors for optimal productivity.

- A reliable, high-speed internet connection for smooth communication and task execution.

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Pay: $28,000.00 - $34,000.00 per month
