What do you need to come aboard? 5+ years of experience in Test Automation as an SDET or QA Automation Engineer . Strong programming skills in JAVA , C# or Python . Hands‑on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium , Playwright , Cypress , RestAssured , Postman . Experience testing RESTful APIs and integrating with tools like Swagger . Familiarity with SQL and database validation. Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps , Jenkins , GitHub Actions ). Knowledge of Agile /Scrum methodologies. Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills. English proficiency (B2 or higher) for daily client interaction. Experience in Production Support environments or working with Level 2/3 support teams. Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure , AWS ). Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter , Gatling ) is a plus. Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Splunk , AppDynamics ). To Rock This Role, You Should: Design and execute test plans and test cases for web and backend applications. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using appropriate tools. Collaborate with developers and support teams to ensure timely resolution of defects. Validate deployments and updates in pre‑production and production environments. Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites for web, API, and backend systems. Contribute to automation efforts and continuous testing strategies. Perform code reviews and contribute to best practices in test automation and software quality. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins). Maintain QA documentation and participate in process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios. Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and work with development teams to resolve issues. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
