**Vacante para la empresa HR CONNECT S.A DE C.V en Santa Catarina, Nuevo León**:Key Responsibilities:Strategic HR Leadership:- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the agroindustry sector's goals and objectives.- Collaborate with senior management to identify HR-related challenges and opportunities for improvement.Talent Acquisition and Management:- Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for positions across various.- Develop strategies for talent retention, career development, and succession planning.- Work closely with hiring managers to ensure the organization has the necessary workforce to meet operational demands.Employee Relations:- Act as a point of contact for addressing employee concerns and grievances.- Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and teamwork.- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.Training and Development:- Identify training needs and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.Compensation and Benefits:- Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.- Monitor industry trends to ensure the organization's packages are competitive within.- Oversee the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers on performance feedback and improvement plans.- Implement performance metrics and key performance indicators to measure employee productivity.HR Compliance:- Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and practices are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations specific.- Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and advise the organization on necessary adjustments.Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Several years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 8 years in a leadership or senior management role within the agroindustry sector.- Strong knowledge of agroindustry-specific challenges and requirements.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.- Proficent English**Benefits**- Competitive Salary : 80k- Life insurance- Healthcare Benefit Package- Career Growth- Savings fund**Nível de educación deseada**:Maestría**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Gerencial**Función departamental**:Manufactura / Operaciones**Industria**:Manufactura, Bienes de Consumo
