We’d love to have you on our teamThe Graphics Project Manager has overall accountability for ensuring projects exceed client expectations while balancing Olberding’s internal objectives. The primary objectives of the Graphics Project Manager are to assist assigned client groups with projects produced by Olberding and provide print expertise to ensure the project’s success.The Graphics Project Manager role facilitates proper design assessment and feedback to the client regarding potential production issues. The Graphics Project Manager supports the internal Olberding team and the client’s teams as the central artwork project manager across initiatives in a responsive, efficient, effective, accurate manner. This position requires a highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented professional who also has ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously all while anticipating client needs.Duties and Responsibilities Include:- Establish strong relationships with the client’s teams and partners to understand expectations and ensure print quality- Provide a print feasibility assessment for all design concepts during graphics development, based on printing specifications- Responsible for the gathering of information and materials needed to kick off a project or start a piece of art, as well as for routing, tracking and execution of projects- Create project estimates and acquires POs- Review the appropriate checklist(s) to ensure all pieces or materials are validated prior to project kick off- Communicate information and timing expectations to the client’s staff- Collect feedback and/or rejections, and inspires actions in others during the review process to ensure accuracy with design managers- Maintain a master artwork project schedule across all projects, and monitors project progress, deliverables, quality assurance, and customer service- Coordinate planning, development and documentation to ensure timely deliverables, job/project success and quality- Champion the communication from Olberding as it relates to color, color standards and brand intentQualifications Include:- 5+ years’ experience in packaging or product graphics management, project management, customer service, or print production management- Consumer product company knowledge or experience- Strong project management and organizational skills- Demonstrate excellent communication ability using strong listening skills and logical, systematic approach to assimilating and sharing information in all areas- Possess knowledge of consumer products packaging, creative design, production artwork process and print production- Bachelor’s degree in Graphics Communication, Marketing, Packaging design or similar- Proficient use of the Apple operating system including knowledge of business software such as Office, FileMaker Pro and AcrobatBenefits Include:- Competitive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k)- Flexible work schedules- PTO, Personal Time, Volunteer Time Off and 8 observed holidays- Parental leave- The Olberding Brand Family is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes individuals of diverse talents and backgrounds._
