As our Technology Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our platforms and systems run seamlessly, helping us deliver the best learning experience possible. If you’re passionate about leveraging technology to drive innovation in education, we want you on our team. The Technology Manager will be responsible for establishing the Technology department, as well as designing, implementing, and maintaining technological solutions that optimize ZALOA's processes and systems.
This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify technological needs and develop strategies aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.**What You’ll Do**:**Needs Detection & Strategy Development**:- Conduct system analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in organization.- Research and implement a new LMS that adapts to ZALOA´s needs.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that improve technological processes across the organization.**User & Team Support**:- Provide training and ongoing support to colleagues on new technologies to ensure they maximize their benefits.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.**System Maintenance & Security**:- Ensure all systems operates smoothly- Develop and manage security protocols to safeguard against cyber threats.**System Integration & Documentation**:- Ensure seamless integration of all company systems for improved collaboration and efficiency.- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and create user manuals for both internal and external use.**Must-Have Qualifications**:- Degree in Business, Technology, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.- 3+ years of experience managing technology systems, preferably in the education sector.- Proficiency with platforms such as WordPress, ChatGPT, Hubspot, and Metorik.- Startup Mindset: ability to thrive in dynamic environment, an entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to take initiative- Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of agile methodologies.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across different areas.- Fluency in Spanish and English.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Experience in collaborative, fast-paced environments.- Passion for emerging technology trends, especially in AI.- Knowledge of German is a plus.**Why Join ZALOA?**We offer competitive compensation, a flexible work environment, and the chance to be part of an innovative, mission-driven company shaping the future of education.
