Auditoría / Cumplimiento de Calidad**- Establecer y mantener estándares y sistemas de auditoría y cumplimiento de calidad.- Capacitar y apoyar a los sitios para obtener certificaciones como ISO, TAPA, CTPAT, entre otras.- Realizar auditorías internas periódicas y supervisar acciones correctivas o de mejora.- Investigar problemas de cumplimiento y evaluar riesgos operativos, de servicio o regulatorios.- Preparar reportes de gestión sobre auditorías y operaciones de calidad.- Monitorear la efectividad de los sistemas de auditoría y compliance, implementando mejoras cuando sea necesario.**B. Mejora Continua**- Analizar procesos y procedimientos internos, identificando problemas o brechas.- Desarrollar estrategias de optimización y establecer normas de desempeño.- Supervisar la productividad y desempeño del personal.- Capacitar, guiar y mentorizar al equipo en nuevos procesos, fomentando un ambiente de mejora continua.- Colaborar con stakeholders para aumentar productividad y satisfacción del personal.**Requisitos y habilidades**:- Título universitario o asociado con experiência relevante.- Mínimo 5 años de experiência en optimización de procesos, operaciones o gestión empresarial.- Conocimiento sólido en Supply Chain, especialmente en warehousing / almacenamiento.- Inglés avanzado.- Familiaridad con estándares de calidad y regulaciones aplicables.- Habilidades de comunicación, análisis, pensamiento crítico y resolución de problemas.- Atención al detalle, habilidades interpersonales y de liderazgo.- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir plazos sin sacrificar estándares.**Perfil ideal**:Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $50,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Opción a contrato indefinidoLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
