Job DescriptionPrincipal Duties:- Evaluate and lead a team of 8-10 engineers responsible for execution of engineered orders and standard product development- Drive organizational goals and KPIs to measure and improve organization’s effectiveness.- Support a global engineering organization’s process execution, people development, and financial performance.- Executes strategic framework by leveraging multiple internal, external, direct, and indirect relationships in a global environment.- Provide guidance to engineers when required.
