Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Participate to the annual budget’s construction, control and validation of commercial forecasts, analysis of industrial expense calculations, budgets by cost center animation and supporting the EBITDA and EBIT forecast construction- Contribute to the monthly closing for his perimeter- Contribute to the monthly S&OP (aka SRE) process by ensuring consistency check and valuation- Obtain Quotations from Account Managers/Sales to prepare quotations for new business- Assist the Program Managers in evaluating the cost impacts of changes- Lead the annual review of component and assembly cost standards as part of the budget development process and the year over year cost standards rollover.- Involved in the costing model construction and follow up by determining industrial hourly rates and overhead absorption.- Responsible for deployment and maintenance of the costing model in the ERP (Plex)- Contribute to the definition & manage implementation of the costing model in Plex- In charge of valuation and control of inventory value- Provide consistent customer and product profitability follow up- Economic performance follow up (in close collaboration with the COO)- Monitor the activity achievement (sales and production) and analyze variances- In charge with providing the production efficiencies and other key production KPI- Provide the monthly reports (commercial, follow up and flow down of the material costs evolution, risks)- Provide Guidance and Direction to Inside Sales to resolve invoice discrepancies- Assist with resolving material and production transaction issues- Analyze expense variances by cost category- Active involvement in closing operations with providing the needed elements for half year and full year closingExperiência y requisitos- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finanace or related.- Minimum 5 years’ experience in cost accounting (preferably in maquiladora operations)- Solid working knowledge of general and analytical accounting principles.- Mastering construction of industrial cost prices and industrial KPI- Being able to make proposals, communicate and follow up on corrective actions in close collaboration with operational staff- Good working knowledge of ERP Systems- Bilingual English/ SpanishBeneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- seguro de vida- fondo de ahorro- seguro de gastos médicos- servicios médicos en planta**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Contabilidad/Finanzas**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés **Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
