**We need team Leaders**Join our small family business and grow with us **We are hiring a Customer Service Representatives** to provide outstanding service to our clients and help expand our client base. All interactions are inbound calls or inquiry follow-ups—no cold callingYou will join a supportive and dedicated team that will guide you every step of the way.You must be **responsible**, **polite**, and able to **follow instructions from supervisors**. Remote/work-from-home work is required. You must have the space and equipment (computer and reliable internet connection) to perform the job.**We are looking for**:- Someone who can work Monday through Friday. **(Weekends is Optional)**:- A strong passion for delivering excellent customer service.- Enthusiasm for selling services and explaining benefits to potential clients.- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.- Experience handling customer inquiries (e.g., service requests, billing questions, resolving dissatisfaction).- Ability to solve problems and multitask effectively.- Strong attention to detail and adaptability to change.- Promptly answer incoming calls about our services—no cold calling- Experience with the sales process: overcoming objections, closing deals, etc.- Following up on new/existing leads.- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to deliver results promptly.- Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Workspace tools, and VOIP systems.- Customer service experience is a must.- Full-time availability.- Team player with initiative.**What we offer**:- Weekly Pay: Begin with a $275 weekly base pay, with the potential to earn an additional $50 per week after 1 month evaluation.- Hours of Operation: Monday Through Friday from 8 AM Through 5 PM **(Eastern Time)**:- No night shifts- Work from Home- Paid Training- 5 Paid Vacation Days after 1 year- Up to 6 USA Holidays Paid Off- Opportunity to grow with us**Requirements to work from home**:**Excellent Internet connectivity**:- Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download - the faster the better**Productive work environment**:- In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates.- A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work.**About Us**:Mairas Professional Cleaning Services is a highly reputable cleaning company that was founded in 2016 by Maira Luengas.
