Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:**This position reports to**:Engineering Manager II**Your responsibilities**:- Maintain and enhance mechanical configurator code and tables for various product lines. Maintain and enhance electrical CAD tools for various product lines.- Interact with Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, and SAP team members to troubleshoot and drive timely resolution to system related issues.Design, code, test and implement new programs using various languages such as Visual Basic (VBA and VB.NET) and C#, using structured programming techniques.- Plan, organize, lead, and execute multiple small and large projects simultaneously while meeting target delivery dates.- Setup, maintain, and train users on engineering systems.- Some evenings and weekends may be required as part of production problem resolution, programming and inventory support.- Promote open communication and maintain effective working relationships. Perform other duties within Engineering Systems as directed.**Your background**:- 3 years of experience in Rulestream, HiRes, ePLAN, WinchChill, and/or SAP.- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics from an accredited college or university.Experience with switchboard/switchgear (SWBD/SWGR) products or motor control centers (MCC). Understanding of mechanical design and assembly.- Problem solving and analytical skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently, or as part of a team. Ability to welcome change and work in fast paced environment. Strong oral and written communication skills.- Project management skills with ability to plan, execute & document programs/projects.- Availability to travel in a 50%.- Advanced English level.**More about us**:
