**Continuous Improvement Engineer*****:CI Engineering Position for BU in AEMX - Support, execute and give follow up to the CI strategy.**ESSENTIAL RESPONSABILITIES**:- Executes the requirements of CI Assessments- Develops the current implementation plans for Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma.- Assess the process & procedures, to identify waste, losses & improvement opportunities- Coach teams to analyze problem & develop solutions- Deploys techniques to balance process flow in the operation to optimize resources and efficiency- Develops Visual Factory Management- Participates and leads CI events & projects- Keeps tracking of the projects & events actions, results & savings- Responsible to maintain 5S+1 in his workplace and be a trainer & coach to others- Deploy 5S+1 processes implementation, improvements & follow up- Supports in any activity related with the department or the company when is required.- Identify best practices and shares to implement were needed**WORKING CONDITIONS**:- Location: Mexicali MX- Environment: Manufacturing Facility- Physical Requirement: None- Remote opportunities: Remote conference calls/working travelling**SKILLS**- Fluent conversational English >80%- Analytical skills to identify solutions, risks and prepare decisions- Ability to work in multiple projects- CI tools, problem solving techniques & analysis knowledge- Great hands-on ability with people to train and coach to achieve CI results**EXPERIENCE**:**Essential**:- 2 + years engineering experience providing support to projects- Pro-actively resolving process efficiency & waste issues**Desirable**:- Greenbelt certified- Project management experience**EDUCATION**:**Essential**:- Bachelor’s degree (Engineer)**Desirable**:- Project Management- Lean manufacturing certification**OTHER REQUIRMENT**:- Willing to travel- Valid USA Visa- Valid Passport- Valid driver license
