Descripción y detalle de las actividades - Be an agent of change, promoting a culture of continuous improvement through influence and collaboration, establishing work plans and following up until their closure, using metrics - Experience in continuous improvement initiatives, skills to manage multiple projects, presenting in front management progress, so excellent communication and creative problem-solving mindset (out of the box) is required - Ability to influence and negotiate with different levels of the organization. Sense of urgency. - Application of Lean Six Sigma tools in transformation projects in production and administrative processes Experiência y requisitos - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, industrial Engineering or related - 2-3 years of continuous improvement experience - Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint. - Experience with project management skills, using leadership and influence to coordinate efforts in process transformation. - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Ability to facilitate and conduct lean events and follow-up meetings - Development and implementation of key metrics. - English (advanced) - Management of suppliers as part of project monitoring expectations. - Previous experience in audits. - U.S. Travel Availability for English Language Training (
