**What do we expect from you in the area?**_ _We are seeking for a highly experienced _**Business Intelligence Analyst **_to join our team, you will c_ollect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and relationships, providing decision support to various stakeholders, supporting business performance measurement, and drive continuous improvement within the company.**We offer**:- Base Salary $20,000.00 to $26,000.00.- Direct contracting with our company.- Paid training.- Hours Monday to Friday from 09:30 a.m. to 06:30 p.m- Courses for professional development.- 50% of Major medical expenses and life insurance.- Payroll advance for the days worked.- Opportunity for development, growth and career plan.**For us it is important that you possess the following requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Communication Technologies, Software Engineering, or related- Advanced skills in Power BI, Excel- Proficient in querying MySql databases- English proficiency- Project management- Analytical thinking- Teamwork abilities**What activities will you be performing?**- Create visualizations to support different areas of the company- Create statistical models to understand and predict the business- Database management proficiency- Analyze and interprete information- Suggest KPIs, develop solutions for monitoring them, and determine implications of observed behaviors- Identify areas of opportunity both internally and externally- Analyze quantitative and qualitative dataJoin our dynamic team and be part of the exciting transformation of the logistics, technology and e-commerce industry as a _**Business Intelligence Analyst**_.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $20,000.00 - $26,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasExperiência:- Advanced use of Power BI: 1 año (Deseable)Idioma:- English Proficiency (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
