These products support senior leadership data-driven actions in different business functions such Finance, Sales, Marketing, Global Procurement, etc.**Responsibilities**:- Serves as a primary liaison and facilitates working sessions between internal and/or external customers and Information Technology Teams (IT), to define business requirements.- Engage final users on user acceptance strategy, planning and execution phases.- Collaborate closely with IT team to obtain feedback regarding requirements to help advise future product developments.- Responsible for creating documentation and handover to Enterprise Business Intelligence Support team.- Writes detailed business functional requirements documents of the operational and/or system changes, ensuring requirements and proposed solutions meet business/customer needs.- Develop data quality critical metrics and coordinate with key team members on multi-functional teams for data quality issue remediation.- Participates in design sessions, contributing to the overall design solution.- Ensures data is consistent, valid and clean by testing use cases and data validations on the Data Lake.- Creates end-user documentation (e.g., user guides, process flow charts, training materials).- Data Glossary maintainance for the Azure Data Lake platform.**Required Skills**:- Fluent English.- 1+ years performing Business Analysis or similar roles.- Attention to detail, accuracy is a must.- Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones.**Desired Skills**- Visualizes data in a clear, structured way utilizing preferred business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI.- Experience in Business Intelligence or Business Analytics.- Conduent is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, creed, religion, ancestry, national origin, age, gender identity, gender expression, sex/gender, marital status, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, medical condition, use of a guide dog or service animal, military/veteran status, citizenship status, basis of genetic information, or any other group protected by law.- At Conduent we value the health and safety of our associates, their families and our community.
