We are committed to our team members’ development and empower those who wish to discover different areas of our business or acquire international experiences.**Job Description**:This role is a support role for the Finance Manager Gaffney and Mexico acting as Business Partner for Manufacturing Operations for two sites, Gaffney/USA and Mexico ST/Mexico, supporting the area and the finance manager in the following:- Supporting the finance manager of Gaffney and Mexico ST for the finance main activities, acting as finance manager backup as when need.- Supporting for assuring the deliverables regarding for the topics related to Mexico ST and Gaffney FP&A Topics, as closing data and information, Rolling Forecasting and Budget preparation and assuring timely and assertiveness.- Calculating the Finance KPI’s (in a monthly basis, Quarterly for Rolling Forecast and Annually for Budget Reports); CAPEX and Inventory Consolidation to assure proper, accurate and on time reports across both Sites (Gaffney and Mexico ST).- Supporting in all Mexico Stationery and Gaffney activities over Cost, Budget, Variances, KPI’s, Savings, Assure IFRS, Accounting Processes, Audit Compliance, CAPEX and Inventory Control.- Recording manufacturing specific accounts via Journal entries and accounting conciliations to assure our numbers are properly reported.- Working with Master Data Setup team for costing topics (BOM, ROUTES), according with the operation’s local needs.- Close relationship with partner areas as Accounting, Treasury, Accounts Payable/Receivable Local Tax for Gaffney, and Mexico, supporting the finance manager in the topics as need.**Qualifications**:- Budget Elaboration and Control- RF Updates, Reporting and Variance Analysis- Monthly Closing and Reports including P&L and Balance Sheet Revision / Analysis- CAPEX and Inventories Control- Scrap Analysis and Reduction- IFRS Accomplishment and Audit Assurance- Assure proper and on time reports behind systems (HFM, S2M and JDE)- STDC Cost setup on timeAdditional InformationBIC es un empleador que ofrece igualdad de oportunidades.
