Overview SPC Pro San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, Mexico Estamos buscando un/a Project Manager / Customer Success Manager en Monterrey Sobre SPC Pro: Somos expertos en Control Estadístico de Procesos (SPC) e Industria 4.0 , con más de 20 años de experiencia y presencia en más de 17 países. Hemos realizado más de 30,000 implementaciones exitosas para más de 15,000 clientes en América Latina, Europa y Estados Unidos. Desarrollamos soluciones IoT a medida para mejorar las herramientas de calidad en empresas manufactureras, brindando servicios de consultoría, implementación, capacitación y soporte. ¿Qué harás en este rol? Como Project Manager / Customer Success Manager , serás responsable de asegurar el éxito de nuestros clientes en el uso de nuestras soluciones SPCPro. Tus funciones incluirán: Acompañamiento técnico-comercial (preventa técnica) de soluciones SPCPro. Seguimiento activo a clientes actuales para garantizar su satisfacción, adopción y renovación. Gestión y liderazgo del equipo de ingenieros de soporte técnico. Coordinación de actividades de soporte diario y resolución de incidencias técnicas. Participación en procesos de mejora continua y detección de oportunidades de expansión. Perfil que buscamos: Experiencia en Manejo de Clientes y Proyectos , Preventa Técnica y Liderazgo de Equipo . Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales. Enfoque analítico para la resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones. Capacidad de trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo. Inglés intermedio/avanzado. Formación universitaria en Ingeniería Industrial, de Sistemas, Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones o carrera afín. Integrarte a una empresa líder con impacto global.
