Manages all the information of the areas of commercial data, planning, compensation, and variable incentives. Leads commercial policy design, control, and trade spending follow-up.**Duties & Responsibilities**:- Ensures information analysis to facilitate decision-making.- Elaboration of short- and long-term sales projections.- Supports the team and ensure proper management of customer investment funds.- Sales foster interaction to share best practices, making ad hoc workshops.- Ensures implementation of the GTM process mosaic, reviewing the strategy in cycles of 3-5 years, ensuring the objective of new business / channels and participate in the ongoing management of GTM. (Cost to serve, service level and feedback).- Ensures the maintenance of governance and processes, to simplify. procedures and monitoring process indicators along GTM management.- KPI recommendation and monitoring for measuring sales performance.- Manages the sales incentives and recognition programs.- Responsible for frequency and quality of sell-in, sell-out and trade inventories information availability.- Ensures dissemination and accuracy of trade inventories both in retail and distributors.- Customer Development Contact for S&OP Process.- Interacts with IT / Supply and suppliers to ensure the availability of tools.- Develops, updates, and ensures the use of tools.- Ad-hoc support to General Manager in preparation to business reviews.**Qualifications** Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, administration economics or similar. MBA desirable.- Proven previous business intelligence or commercial operations experience.- Previous experience in FMCG, Health or Pharmaceutical industries.- Complementary trade marketing or commercial experience would be a plus.- Strong connect, analytical & presentation skills. IT skills desirable.- SAP, Tableau/PowerBI, Advanced Excel.- People Management Experience.- Fluent in English is a plus.- High levels of collaboration, drive and team spirit.- Proactive, Curiosity, Resilience and Flexibility.**Primary Location**Mexico-Distrito Federal-Mexico City- **Organization**Johnson & Johnson, S.A.
