At _**WAVE AUTOMOTIVE SYSTEMS MEXICO**_, a startup company, we are seeking your talent:**Production** **Manager**, is a core manager within the company's production department, responsible for executing production plans, improving efficiency, controlling costs, and managing teams to ensure products are delivered on time, with quality, and in the required quantity This is a full-time position and will be performed on-site at our facilities located in Tres Naciones Industrial Park, San Luis Potosí, SLP.**Requirements.**- _**ADVANCED ENGLISH IS ESSENTIAL**_- More than 8 years of experience in Automotive Industry- Bachelor Degree in Industrial engineering or Similar- **Professional Skills**: Familiar with Quality Assurance,Cost Control, On-Time Delivery and Efficiency Improvement.- **Soft Skills**: Communication and coordination skills, data analysis skills, stress resistance.- **Industry Knowledge**: Requires knowledge of relevant industry standards.- _**Certification on VDA 6.3**_**Responsibilities.**I.
