Implement the Global Security Programs globally, according to internal and external regulatory framework, the Global Security Platform, policies and normative to guarantee the integrity of the personnel, the continuity of the operations, and the security of the facilities, information, and assets (offices, plants, terminals, warehouses); and responsible to participate and operate the Security in Sinergia Deportiva under the Global Security Platform, aligned with key stakeholders.**Main Responsibilities**:- Intelligence management: elaborate the Security Risk Agenda and participate in the risk assessment per country and business unit, develop local Intel capabilities, and maintain liaison with Global and regional security. Participate in Global risk situational awareness.- Incident management: share incidents and knowledge to increase security culture, collaborate with the security incident report platform by elaborating local incident reports, maintain cooperation with organizations and authorities, support all requirements from internal departments, develop security incidents analysis and reports.- Crisis management: Participate in the design and operate the Business Continuity and crisis management procedures in coordination with regional security, support the execution of business continuity plans, participate in the update of crisis management, integrate, and operate local rapid response team.- Operation management: Participate in programs and actions in different business units, implement physical security standards and controls, as well as local preventive measures and actions to mitigate risks, participates in awareness campaigns, collaborate with corporate investigations.**Position Challenges**:- Maintain strong relations with key functions- Provide relevant intelligence and accurate information and communicate this to the concerned in a timely manner- Maintain liaison with outside organizations and relevant authorities.- Strict implementation of programs, processes, policies, strategies, and actions- Work with high pressure under high-risk circumstances: Life Threatening Situations (LTS)**Qualifications**:- English level B2- **Education Level**: Bachelor’s degree, master desired (MBA, CC).- **Education Field**: Attorney in law, criminologist, political science, IT related, Engineer, security related.- **Experience**: 2+ years security experience desired.- High level of analytical ability and creativity to analyze complex situations and to anticipate potential problems and risks.- **Interpersonal skills**: Self-confident, Listener, performer and team-player- **Information roles**: Organized, Logical and Analytical- **Decision Roles**: Anticipation, problem solving and negotiator**Internal/External Relations**:INTERNALCentral: Operations, Legal, IT, ERM, Security, H&S, GES, Process Assessment, Social Impact, Sinergia Deportiva, and Planning areas.
