**Position Summary**:The QA Coordinator's main role is to oversee the implementation of Quality Assurance processes & policies for the account. Tasks for the QA Coordinator include overseeing the Quality Assurance team & ensuring that evaluations are provided in a timely manner. This position also assists with analysis & initiatives aimed at improving Quality Assurance & Customer Satisfaction KPIs. The QA Coordinator also liaises with Operations, Training, Process Excellence, & CSMs to ensure that client & company standards are maintained & whenever possible, upgraded.**Qualifications**:- 3-5 years QA experience in a call center environment- Excellent knowledge in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets, working knowledge of other MS Office or Google Workspace apps.- Advanced analytical skills and knowledge of process improvement methodologies & principles are a plus.- Excellent motivational & interpersonal skills, with at least 1-year experience in handling a teamPay: $22,050.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Are you located in Guadalajara or ZMG?
