We are currently seeking an accounting clerk to process A/R and A/P transactions due to our explosive growth. Come join our company which was voted best property management firm .Location: Parker, COSalary Range: $13-18/hrExempt/Non-Exempt: Non-ExemptEmployment Type: Full TimeProperty: CORPORATEDescription: Properly record and interpret financial transactions for each Condominium and Homeowners Association.Duties: Verifies, allocates, and posts details of business transactions to subsidiary accounts. Performs cash management duties, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and other items pertinent to operation of business. Assist Association Manger in responding to Board Member questions/concerns. Assist Association Manager in maintaining association customer records. May compute, type, and mail monthly statements to customers.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Accounts Receivable - Bill customer accounts. Collect checks, code checks, and deposit checks. Properly record cash received to perspective income accounts.- Accounts Payable - Initiate weekly accounts payable check run and distributes checks either by mail or to board members for signatures.- Cash Management -- Record all bank transactions monthly. Reconcile all bank accounts on a daily and monthly basis, resolve discrepancies.
