Loyal Lead Solutions has been connecting **locksmiths** to customers all over the nation for **over a decade**. Our customer service representatives communicate with both customers and techs, to ensure the highest quality service. And we would love for you to join our teamWe are looking for a bilingual Spanish/English call center agent to assist with answering customer phone calls.**Job qualifications**:- High school graduate- Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish- Reading comprehension- Typing proficiency- Punctual and dependable- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred- Availability to work between 6 AM and 10 PM Pacific Time, 5 to 6 days a week, 8 hours shift, shift may be vary.**Roles and Responsibilities**You will be our customer over the phone with:- Dispatching technicians- Scheduling appointments- Relaying work orders and messages- Addressing questions and problems with customers/technicians- Calling for follow-ups and rescheduling- Handling payment information**Experience**:- customer service: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English and Spanish fluently (required)**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-timePart-time hours: 48 per weekPay: $80.00 - $120.00 per hour**Experience**:- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In person
