Our partners gain a source of low overhead manufacturing jobs, allowing them to fully subscribe their factory capacity and eliminate idle time.*Position Description*As a Test Engineer, will work closely work with operation team of manufacturing partner to ensure Macrofab test process and requirement are correctly implemented, maintaining cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems, provide technical support to resolve test related issues and drive continuous improvement.**Key Responsibilities**- Analyzes and interprets test data and prepares technical reports for use by engineering and administrative staff.- Analyze possible equipment/product failures.- Collect and document data needed for analysis and make recommendations for changes to the testing process.- Realize detailed analysis on the quality of the assigned product tests.- Propose corrective actions.- Constant visits with the contract manufacturer.- Must have solid failure analysis skills.- Understand network technologies and physical interfaces.- Will be able to develop area processes- Establish metrics and monitor them- Adaptability to the pace of work of growing companies- Good problem-solving/analytical skills.- Solid project management skills.- Excellent teamwork skills.**Education and experience**- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, telecommunication or equivalent required.- 3 to 6 years of experience in a similar position- Experience in electronic manufacturing companies.- Experience in functional and structural test.- Excellent verbal and written communication.- Experience working with clients and internal teams- Advanced English- Microsoft Office knowledgeZMRUXIL9Cr
