They also transform ideas into unforgettable experiences and visions into reality.**What You Will Do**:Cultivate a strong working relationship with the client by effectively communicating details of the program, anticipating client’s needs, and providing an elevated level of customer service.Meet with clients to discuss the vision of their event and hotel/venue wish list.Expertly RFP the perfect properties for your client.Proficient in negotiations to acquire the absolute best deal for the client.Remain the point person for the hotel and client throughout the contracting process, ensuring the contract is completed with a cherry on top.Possess organizational skills to orchestrate logistics with finesse and have a curiosity about keeping every detail under control.Skilled at building relationships.
