We are currently looking for the right person to join our Quality Department.**Your responsibilities**:- Providing support for product and process development activities (CR)- Following-up quality project development and supporting different Customer Quality Teams (AQE)- Providing support during internal and external audits- Auditing production processes for compliance to quality standards- Maintaining and developing plant quality documentation- Identifying potentials for improvement by using common problem solving methods- Handling internal and external (customer) complaints- Releasing machine and tester specifications- Analyzing scrap statistics- Performing traceability and tester data analysis- Performing quality audits according to defined processes- Evaluating and developing SPC- Ensuring that processes are followed as defined**Your profile**:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics preferred)- Good knowledge of automotive quality processes and tools to collect and analyze data, identify root causes, and measure results in problem-solving and process improvement (Ishikawa diagram, Pareto charts, scatter diagrams, control charts, 5Whys?, etc..)- Minimum 2 years’ experience in automotive quality engineering (customer quality preferred)- Strong problem solving and analytical skills- Experience as internal/external quality auditor and experience in different OEM platforms is considered an asset- Advanced PC knowledge and MS Office skills are mandatory- Power BI and SAP skills are considered an asset- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken), any other languages are considered assetsShare this on- Linkedin-- Twitter
