Overview:The**CRM Senior Representative** will be responsible for the tracking and follow up of CRM Campaigns. CRM's main objective is to achieve customers for life by utilizing diverse strategies focused in customer retention. This role reports to the Digital Marketing & CRM Manager and support the overall Marketing, Communications, CRM and Sales department strategy.**Location**: Monterrey, MX**Responsibilities**:- Support the development of CRM as a new Sales Channel across different business areas.- Support and deploy all CRM Strategies; Conquest, Loyalty / Retention and Re-Conquest.- Follow up of all the new CRM activities: campaigns and projects.- Support and deploy CRM Loyalty Program to drive customer retention.- Follow up Execute CRM program results and reports for regular campaigns as well as customer cases in detail with Consumer reviews and exceptions.- Data file supervision for data sharing with GM and Dealers Activities and minute follow up (project management activities) for the CRM Strategic Planning team.- Update CRM International Operations reporting.- Update mapping and process inventory under BPMS.- Follow up and execute with Advertising Agency responsible of CRM Campaigns Deployment and reporting.- Perform ad hoc analysis on key CRM initiatives.- Manage Customer’s Loyalty Program (Diamond Customer) exception cases.- Prepare and execute presentations and training materials for the different CRM programs across different audiences GMF, GM and dealerships.Qualifications:- Bachelor degree in Economics or related field.- Fluent in both Spanish and English (will be evaluated during interviews).- At least +3 year of experience in related roles or activities within a CRM, Data Analysis or Data Mining.- Marketing Skills (Data Analysis, Segmentation, Statistics & Data Mining).- Excel and database handling knowledge (VBA and PowerBI is a plus).- Project Management Skills.- Good written and oral communication skills.- CRM Systems knowledge is a plus.**#LI-IE1**Disclaimer: Mexico - GM Financial is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to diversity and inclusion at every level of our organization.
