Together, let’s create the extraordinaryJob Summary- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _- Material planning Analyst _- located in _- Guadalajara, South Campus_- ._- Reporting to the _Materials Manager_, Material planning Analyst role involves_- In charge of maintaining materials/purchasing data, supply data and information to other production departments, coordinate contracts, maintain Certificates of Conformance for all suppliers, and create and maintain outsources parts schedules._What a typical day looks like:- _ Assists in auditing data for accuracy and preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics and charts based on the research of data._- _ May assist in the preparation of recommendations to management based on the research of data._- _ Collects, compiles, and presents various types of data._- _ Prepares summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts based on research of data from multiple sources, which may include but will not be limited to customer bills of material reports, staff metrics, PPV metrics, and PPV form tracking._- _ May create and/or maintain databases in help of data collection._- _ Audits data.

Resolves data integrity issues, including but not limited to quotations._- _ Proactively identifies and escalates potential issues related to metrics._- _ Where applicable, suggest _process/communication_ improvements relative to metric tracking activities._- _ Tracks materials financial performance, and initiate corrective actions when required._- _ Daily review of RMA transactions._- _ Create weekly purchase orders including all client parts._- _ Receive data entry for clients._- _ Update content list and item master._- _ Prepare DPT packing list for LCAD repairing._- _ Window to client material (consigned parts) supply._- _ Window to client bulk RMA service._- _ Specialized Job: May be required for certain positions. These could include one or more of the following duties:_- _ May hold up inventory control, supply chain management, material planning and scheduling._- _ Develop commodity spend _profiles/breaks-downs:_ guide time profiling, inventory positioning, and site execution to price._- _ Establish common pricing research tools._- _ Provide detailed bill of materials research by site._- _ Perform general reporting and activities for score carding of suppliers._The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- _ Experience in a similar position in electronics manufacturing industry_- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_- _ Advance English._- _ Strong Knowledge in excess and obsolete inventory, supply and demand changes, claims, clear to build, KPI´s, etc._- _ Planning and acquisition of Top Levels and PCBA's materials._- _ Strong knowledge in materials metrics_- _ MRP previous experience._- _ Strong communication skills_- _ ERP & MRP experience_- _ CFT experience_- _ Knowledge with ECOs_What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.
