We're seeking a T-shaped, growth-focused marketing professional to own our marketing strategy and execution across multiple channels. This role is perfect for a smart, adaptable marketer with B2B SaaS experience who can produce diverse content types and drive measurable growth.**What you will do**:- Create educational and marketing content: blog articles, landing pages, LinkedIn posts, case studies, YouTube videos, knowledge base articles- Manage weekly webinars- Oversee channel partners, co-marketing opportunities, and influencer relationships- Track, analyze, and report on PPC performance across Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube- Set goals and manage existing marketing channels; perform data analysis and report on performance across all channels- Develop tests for new marketing channels**Required Qualifications**:- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing in companies in the $2-5k Annual Contract Value range- Proven track record of the educational and marketing content creation- Data analysis skills and reporting capabilities- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)**Preferred Qualifications**:- Proficiency in PPC management and analytics- Strong understanding of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), background in HR technology or recruitment industry- Experience with AI tools for content creation- Track record of growing SaaS businesses**What We Offer**:- Salary: $1,800 - $2,800 USD per month- Fully remote work environment, flexible working hours- As the company grows, you can step into a Team Lead role.- Be part of a fast-growing, bootstrapped SaaS company with big ambitions.- Opportunity to make a real impact and grow with the company.- Stock options that let you share in the company’s growth- Lean processes, zero micromanagement, real impact**Hiring process**:- You fill out a questionnaire.- One interview (60 min) with our Founder.- Final decision within 48 hours
