Join our team.CloroxIsThePlaceYour role at Clorox:This role will provide operational support to category managers, contribute to process optimization and automation efforts and support procurement business leaders for their business initiatives. This role also includes Vista administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who has excelled as a Senior Procurement Analyst and is ready to grow into a full-buyer role.In this role, you will:- Support category managers with RFX events, supplier engagement, purchase requisitions, and resolution of pricing/invoicing discrepancies.- Ensure procurement transactions comply with internal policies, processes, and controls while maintaining sourcing documentation, pricing files, and supplier records.- Partner with procurement leaders to implement key business initiatives and support organizational objectives.- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and collaborate with the digital procurement team on automation, user testing, and process documentation.- Provide Ariba trainings and administrative support to drive adoption and effective system usage.- Deliver reporting, spend analysis, and data insights to strengthen category strategies and decision-making.- Build knowledge of assigned categories and suppliers with the long-term goal of progressing into a Buyer role, including developing negotiation and supplier performance management skills.- #LI-HybridWhat we look for:- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.- 2-4 of experience in Procurement Operations- Strong understanding of procurement processes- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Proficiency in procurement systems e.g. SAP, Ariba and Microsoft Excel- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently- Desire to grow in a strategic buyer role- Preferred Skills- Exposure to digital procurement tools and automation initiatives- Experience working with cross-functional teams e.g., AP, IT, legalWe seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
