Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept Strategic Leadership: Guide content development across platforms for multiple markets, ensuring alignment with our brand and product strategy. You will need to build a system of alignment to ensure a global content direction, while fulfilling the local needs of each market.
Editorial Oversight: Conduct weekly editorial meetings to evaluate and refine content narratives, ensuring they reflect and strengthen our brand's voice and identity. Expertise in selecting high-impact topics and ensuring content aligns with thought leadership standards.
Content Innovation: Embrace new trends and leverage AI-powered tools to streamline production and maintain consistency. Campaign Crafting: Develop compelling content (written, video, audio) that resonates with our target audience and enhances engagement.
SEO Optimization: Drive SEO efforts to improve content discoverability and boost organic search performance. Performance Measurement: Manage and assess the effectiveness of content campaigns through metrics like traffic, leads, and conversions.
Sales Collaboration: Work with the sales team to create content that supports lead generation and sales objectives. Team Collaboration: Partner with product marketing, customer marketing, product and executive teams to develop narratives and scripts for events.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all content consistently reflects and strengthens the brand's voice and identity. Thought Leadership: Create thought leadership pieces that position Factorial as an industry expert.
Audience Insights: Utilize customer insights and analytics to refine content strategy and execution.
Experience
in working with top industry experts and academics to develop authoritative content. Crisis Management: Develop strategies for handling content-related crises or PR issues. Contractor Management: Onboard and manage when needed, external writers and agencies to produce diverse content assets. Entrepreneurial Mindset: Approach challenges with creativity and strategic thinking.
Qualifications
Proven experience in content leadership , ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
Experience
as editor in chief in print/digital or other media is also highly valued. Exceptional storytelling and communication skills. Comfortable with data and metrics to guide content strategy.
Strategic mindset with a knack for aligning content with business goals. Leadership experience is a plus. Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages (Spanish, French, Italian, or German) are a bonus.
