Platzi is looking for a Head of Education to strategically shape and deliver our learning products. This role is crucial for positioning Platzi as a global leader in online education, directly impacting user engagement, retention, and success through innovative learning experiences.
**Description**:
As Head of Education, you’ll shape and deliver educational strategies that align with Platzi’s. You will lead content creation to ensure our courses genuinely teach, not just inform, and keep users coming back. Collaborating closely with product, marketing, and design teams, you’ll build cohesive educational experiences that embody Platzi’s unique approach. With relentless intellectual curiosity, you’ll leverage data to refine our learning methods continually, adapt to trends, and integrate emerging technologies like AI to keep Platzi at the forefront of ed-tech.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in educational leadership or product management within tech or ed-tech sectors.
- Proven ability to drive product-led strategic educational initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and working closely with product, marketing, and content teams.
- Strong ability to independently analyze data
- Ability to select the right metrics, measure and iterate based on those results, and make analysis-driven decisions to enable continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with AI, emerging learning technologies and solid programming skills is a must.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
