Our commitment is to provide innovation, reliability, and excellence in everything we do.**We are looking for **Hunter Sales Executive** to join the team.We are seeking a high-level Hunter Sales Executive with a proven track record in opening new businesses within the technology services sector. This role isn't for everyone: we need a true opportunity generator, capable of identifying, attracting, and closing strategic clients and positioning our brand as a trusted and innovative partner in the market.The ideal person is a natural salesperson, with a keen eye for spotting opportunities, negotiating with C-level decision-makers, and achieving high-value deals that directly impact the company's growth. This role requires autonomy, strategic vision, and a 100% results-oriented mindset.**Main Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement prospecting strategies to identify and attract new clients in the IT services market.- Build strong, trusting relationships with executive-level decision-makers.- Position the company as a benchmark in technology solutions and services, through high-impact, market-differentiated offerings.- Meet and exceed aggressive sales and new contract quotas.- Negotiate complex commercial agreements, maximizing value for both parties.- Collaborate with internal pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure personalized and successful proposals.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities.**Requirements**:- Minimum experience: 8-10 years in consultative sales of IT services, with a Hunter focus.- Proven track record of opening strategic accounts and closing high-value contracts.- Strong network of contacts in the technology and corporate sectors.- Experience selling services such as outsourcing, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, consulting, etc.- Ability to interact with C-levels, present value propositions, and close complex deals.- Totally results-oriented, with commercial discipline and a focus on meeting KPIs.**Key Competencies**:- Hunter's mentality: proactive, focused on opening and generating business.- Strategic capacity and market vision.- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.- Resilience and determination to achieve ambitious goals.- Autonomy and ability to work under pressure.**NOTE**:**Thus, HIV or pregnancy testing are not required in any evaluation or hiring process within T-Systems Mexico.It is also important to mention that T-Systems has an anti-bribery management system, and all employees are committed to understanding and complying with it.****We also believe that change brings new opportunities for development and innovation.
