Lead Generation/sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic Lead Generation & Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients into long-term customers. This role involves proactive prospecting, strategic client qualification, and effective communication to generate new business opportunities.**Key Responsibilities**- Conduct market research to discover emerging trends and uncover new business prospects.- Maintain and manage CRM records, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and interactions.- Assess and categorize prospects based on their level of interest and suitability.- Follow up with leads, arrange sales meetings, and present company services.- Lead negotiations and successfully close business deals.- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities in Mexico and the U.S.- Analyze sales data to refine strategies and improve performance.- Work closely with the marketing team to enhance lead generation initiatives.- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales objectives.**Qualifications & Skills**- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.- Experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.- Background in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferably in B2B or technology industries).- Demonstrated expertise in prospecting, sales engagement, and deal closure.- Strong knowledge of lead generation methods and sales strategies.- **Fluency in English (C1 or native) and Spanish**—both spoken and written.- Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital prospecting tools.- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.- Highly proactive, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple prospects simultaneously.- Skilled in handling objections and navigating complex sales discussions.- **On-site availability in Hermosillo, Sonora**.Work Location: In person
