Process Management Intern

Its objective is to bring up the relevant information on how the processes are executed so that improvements can be made and so that the processes can be managed, allowing better decision-making and business vision as a whole. Continuous improvement of processes, with the traditional approach of hierarchical management.**General Accountabilities**- Maintain and improve Quality/Process Management System.- Identify and initiate improvement measures for the process.- Maintain Quality/Process KPIs. Derive process KPIs and monitoring of KPIs.- Design, documentation, and management of the process.- Manage preventive and corrective actives.- Monitor progress of compliance risk mitigating.- Advise, support Business Management on monitoring of compliance risks.- Continuous analysis of risks and threat trends as part of pro-active risk mitigation.- Promote and advocate Quality/Process awareness and conduct trainings on Quality / Risk-Mitigation to employees.**Job Qualifications****Education**:- Bachelor’s degree preferred.- ITSM foundation training required.**Experience**:- 6 months of work experience in quality assurance, compliance or any other ITSM area.- Intermediate level of handing Microsoft Office (especially Excel).**Professional Skills**- Fluent English language skills required: verbal and written communication.- Self-motivated and disciplined.- High communication and presentation skills along with the ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.- Have strong inter-personal and communication skills: capable of training users in complex topics and making presentations to internal groups.- Able to write intricate system and user documentation.
