Our operations in over 60 countries around the world has helped us achieve our position as _- an_- _innovation and sustainability- leader with repeated recognitions by _Forbes- , Corporate Knights for clean capitalism and others._We are looking for a Service Director who will lead the strategic development and implementation of Mexico's elevator/escalator maintenance business, including repairs and modernizations, by executing business development initiatives and improve customer-centricity, operational excellence, competitive position, market share and profitability. Below are some of the responsibilities you would own:Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for collaborating with the Regional Directors to develop and achieve the regional budgets, utilizing KONE business processes, by providing direction and support to the business in executing corporate objectives/initiatives (i.e. KPI's, productivity, conversion rate, call out reduction, etc).- Accountable for and leads maintenance operations in the unit in line with global guidelines, by understanding the current and future opportunities for the maintenance and modernization businesses in the unit / defining and implementing local and global maintenance development actions, which cover processes, product offering and ensure the KONE Pricing Policy is followed.- Establish and maintain high-level relationships with customers to promote the KONE’s products and services and resolve disagreements over the terms and conditions of maintenance and modernization agreements.- Accountable for driving commitment to the shared objectives among your team - both direct reports and dotted line reports - by reviewing performance of team providing feedback / specific coaching for development people.As our Service Director, you will use the knowledge gained from your 4 year university degree, along with 5+ years of professional experience in both service operations and sales management.
